Karla Fowler, a five-year Sun City resident, is the winner of the recent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing online water heater contest. The contest helped celebrate the transition of long-time West Valley business, Palmer's Plumbing, to the Benjamin Franklin family of plumbing companies.
Sun City resident Karla Fowler is delighted with the great job Benjamin Franklin plumbing professional Terry Gray did installing the water heater she won in the plumbing company's recent contest. The heater replaces Fowler's 34 year-old water heater, installed when Del Webb constructed the house.
